Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jewfe handles scenery photos and descriptions, gameplay progress, feedback, permissions, tracking choices, and support requests.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Jewfe collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use a calm spot-the-difference puzzle game. It covers gameplay progress, scenery photos and descriptions in Share scenery, camera and photo-library choices, microphone and speech recognition use for scenery descriptions and feedback, tracking permission for install attribution and game performance measurement, and support operations.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide through Jewfe can include scenery photos and optional descriptions in Share scenery, feedback details, puzzle progress, play settings, and support requests. Voice input produces editable text for scenery descriptions or feedback.

  • Puzzle progress, play settings, best times, hints status, and repeat-use details.
  • Scenery photos you select or take and optional descriptions you enter in Share scenery.
  • Support request records and basic service information needed to respond. When you allow tracking, our measurement provider may also collect the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), install and app-use events, and basic device and app information through its integrated software.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate Jewfe, save puzzle progress and play preferences, show your game progress details, handle scenery photos and descriptions as potential references for future game levels, respond to feedback and support requests, and improve product quality. With your tracking permission, we also use measurement information to attribute installs and measure game performance. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, protect service integrity, and respond to legal obligations.

4. Image and Media Access

Camera access is requested when you choose Take a photo in Share scenery. Photo library access is requested when you select a photo from the library in Share scenery, and both full access and limited access to selected photos are supported. The selected scenery photo is used for the scenery-sharing action you choose. Feedback does not include photo attachments. Declining these permissions does not prevent you from playing the game.

5. Audio Processing

Microphone and speech recognition permissions are requested when you choose voice input for a scenery description or feedback details. Speech recognition converts your speech into text that you can review and edit. Depending on your device and language settings, recognition may take place on your device or through Apple's speech recognition service. Audio is not attached to scenery or feedback. Microphone-related data is not used for identity verification, biometric profiling, or unrelated background collection. You can type instead of using voice input.

6. Game Progress and Service Records

Game progress and play settings are stored on your device so you can revisit completed levels and resume an unfinished puzzle. Support records are processed as needed to respond to your requests.

7. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

Jewfe requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt to attribute installs and measure game performance. Tracking means linking information from Jewfe with information from other companies' apps or websites for advertising measurement. Tracking and access to your advertising identifier (IDFA) begin only after you choose to allow tracking in the system prompt. If you decline, or tracking is restricted or unavailable, we do not access your IDFA or track you across other companies' apps and websites. Your choice does not prevent you from playing the game. You can change or withdraw permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure partners, customer support tools, and other service providers that help us operate the app. For install attribution and game performance measurement, we use Adjust, a third-party measurement provider, which may receive the measurement information described above subject to your tracking choice. Those providers may only use the data for the services they perform for us.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain service history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and investigate fraud or abuse.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can change camera, photo library, microphone, and speech recognition permissions in iOS Settings. If photo access was denied, Share scenery provides a Settings shortcut. You may use limited photo access and type descriptions or feedback without voice input. Contact support@jewfe.com if you need help with deletion, progress and privacy questions, or other rights requests. To review or withdraw tracking permission, open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and change the setting for Jewfe. Withdrawal stops future tracking; for questions about previously collected measurement information or deletion requests, contact support@jewfe.com.

11. Children's Privacy

Jewfe is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information without permission, contact us so we can review and remove the data where appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the policy date and publishing the revised version on this page.
